&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;dinner:&lt;/strong&gt; whole wheat chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;hour tumbling class and like 20 min of partner stunting&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;snack:&lt;/strong&gt; 5&amp;#160;1/4&amp;#8217;s of low fat grahm cracker with low fat pb&lt;/p&gt;
