snack: sliced apple and goldfish
lunch: whole wheat low car wrap thing with chicken, hummus, lettuce
snack: baby carrots
30 min on the elliptical- 307 calories
snack: banana, blueberry, strawberry chobani smoothie
dinner: whole wheat chicken salad sandwich with lettuce and tomato
hour tumbling class and like 20 min of partner stunting
snack: 5 1/4’s of low fat grahm cracker with low fat pb
my body is just crying right now, it needs a rest. tomorrow is a rest day yayyy
