breakfast- two peices of whole wheat toast with a table spoon of spreadable strawberry fruit, and a vanilla chobani
snack- baby carrots and hummus
lunch- tropical smoothie mediteranean hummus flatbread sandwhich
snack- cup of strawberries
snack- 1/2 skinny cow bar thing and some scooby snack things, 2 slices of nectarine
ran for about 20 minutes
dinner- omelette with one egg with low carb/fat salsa, 2 cups of steamed broccoli, 1ish cups of orange jello
intake- roughly 1250
outake-roughly 200
net-roughly 1050
