breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with raisins and two clementines
gym:
15 min upright bike 111 calories
30 min elliptical 301 calories
a ton of weight and pilates
snack: half a gram cracker with natural peanut butter
lunch: OLIVE GARDENNN YUMMM! green tea with lemon, 2 servings of house salad, half a breadstick, chicken panini thing, half a serving of minestrone soup
snack: starbucks venti unsweetened iced passion tea (no calories or carbs or sugar!!)
dinner: chicken and vegetable stir fry (in a teaspoon of extra light virgin olive oil), smoothie made of mostly water, and vanilla chobani
