breakfast: steel cut oatmeal with cranberries and raisins, 2 clementines
gym:
35 minutes upright bike, 245 calories
tons of abs, arms, and back
lunch: cold cut chicken, romaine, tomato sandwhich and veggie chili
snack: vanilla chobani
dinner: 6 baked chicken wings, fruit, 2 healthy cranberry muffins, one chocolate
