Day 34- i ate awful at dinner again
ran for 15 min at the gym 140 calories
breakfast 8:30 a.m- cup of raisin bran and a orange and green tea
snack 11:00 a.m- carrots and hummus
lunch 1:15 p.m- brown rice, watermelon, greek yogurt
snack 4:00 p.m- apple and peanut butter
dinner 6:00 p.m- slim fast shake
dinner 7:00 p.m- pasta salad and french fries and 15 cal popsicle
snack 9:15 p.m- pretzels and hummus

Today, my uncle who hasn't seen me in a few weeks...
My mom smiled and proudly bragged, “yes, she’s lost almost 10 pounds.” I grinned and him and my aunt asked me how I did it and if I did it healthily, and I told them about eating healthy and exercising and only frinking water. They were quite impressed :-)

Day 33 I BROKE MY PLATEAU
last night i slept 10 hours
10:30 a.m- light english muffin with peanut butter
ran 35 minutes- major detox because I SWEATED MY BALLS OFF i think that mightttt be part of how i broke the plateau, hmmmm
lunch 12:00 p.m- massive OJ, ice, mango, strawberrie smoothie, yoplait greek yogurt
went to the pool and got my tan on hayyyy
2:00 p.m- sliced yellow apple
4:00 p.m- special k 90 cal bar
