My Day- Day 4 (workout)
35 min EMT- 405 calories (this made me sososo happy! 11 min elliptical- 100 calories i would have kept going on the eliptical if my mom didn’t want to go home :-( total calories: 505 and i still have to do my regular strength training YAYYY i feel so happy about today!
My Day: Day 4
Breakfast 8:20- yogurt snack 10:40- banana snack 12:30- cheerios and applesauce lunch 1:15- apple and peanut butter and yogurt snack 3:00- those flat pretzel things dinner 7:00- smoothie and small blueberry baagel i’m going to the gym nowwww
My day- Day 3 (mostly liquids)
breakfast 8 a.m. : small glass of cranberry rasberry juice and carnation instant breakfast that i didn’t finish till 10 snack 11 a.m. : half a cup of goldfish (fail at all liquids) lunch 12:15 p.m. : tomato soup and fat free milk snack 4:00 p.m. : mini bagel and girl scout cookie (fail) lunch: slimfast and a bite of my friend’s pizza crust no workout today,...
