My Day- Day 6
breakfast 8:30 a.m: two peices of french toast with maple syrup
snack 11:40 a.m: special k bar
lunch 12:30 p.m: baked ziti and small ceaser salad
snack 3:30 p.m: banana
dinner 5:00 p.m: boca burger with ketchup
snack 7:15 p.m: two little cheese quesidilla things
snack 9 p.m: a oreo and cooke
gym 11 a.m:
20 min elliptical- 200 calories
16 min EMT- 200 calories
total calories burned: 400

I. have. not. been. eating. enough.
I need to eat at least 1000 calories a day. but here’s where i’ve been making my mistake: eating less than 600 most days, but with a lot of non fruits in vegetables. I need to eat more fruit and vegetables. i’m so light headed right now and i have such a headache. and its because i burned more calories at the gym than i ate today and...
today's only day 5 and my mom told me my jeans...

breakfast 8 a.m : panera blueberry bagel and cream cheese adn green tea
no snack
lunch 12:20 p.m: salad with ranch, fruit cup, yogurt
pm snack #1 1 p.m: goldfish and two lollipops…bad
pm snack #2 4 pm: cookie and apple
dinner 6:45 p.m : smoothies
going to the gym now to burn at least 700 calories SEE YA
